Arcade Heaven is provided by Party Poopers LTD (“Party Poopers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Arcade Heaven mobile application and related support services.
Information we process
Information you provide
If you contact us for support, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address, the problem you describe, and any files you choose to send.
Game and device information
Arcade Heaven and its service providers may automatically process device and app information such as advertising or device identifiers, app version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, gameplay events, purchases, ad interactions, diagnostics, and crash or performance data.
Google Play Games
If you choose to use Google Play Games features, Google may provide Arcade Heaven with information needed to operate those features, such as a game-specific player identifier, display name, profile image, achievements, and leaderboard activity. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use information
- Provide the game, save progress, process purchases, and operate achievements and leaderboards.
- Show, measure, and limit advertisements, where applicable.
- Understand gameplay, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the game.
- Reply to support requests and communicate important service information.
- Meet legal obligations and protect players, Party Poopers, and our services.
Services we use
We may use third-party services to operate and improve Arcade Heaven, including Google Play Games, Google Play services, Firebase services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Remote Config, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource/LevelPlay, and AppLovin. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
Arcade Heaven’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and legal grounds
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the game, provide advertising and analytics, process purchases, respond to support, comply with law, or protect our rights. Depending on where you live, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations as the relevant legal grounds. We do not sell your Google user data.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention periods can vary by data type and provider. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may be able to limit ad tracking, reset an advertising identifier, or manage permissions in your device settings. You can manage or disconnect Google Play Games access through your Google Account settings.
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy right available where you live, email partypoopers.contact@gmail.com with the subject “Arcade Heaven privacy request.” We may need information to verify and fulfill your request.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that is prohibited by applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.
International processing and changes
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we and our providers use safeguards for international transfers. We may update this policy as the game, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
